CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT

We functioned as construction manager when the design work was performed by others. We represented the owner on change orders, inspection, handled registration and documentation of the vessel, spare parts. We have the in-house capability of performing all functions that the busy owner/buyer wishes to delegate.

CUSTOM YACHTS

We offer the service of soliciting bids, negotiating contracts on the owner's behalf and carrying out all of the functions to make a turn-key delivery to the owner of a custom yacht of his choosing without affecting the owner's time and involving him in endless detail decisions which can be taken care of by others. Tell us what size yacht you want, give us an idea of speed range and power desired, level of finish and we will guarantee an on time delivery within budget.

MAJOR REFITS

Yachts and commercial vessels in passenger service often require interior refits after five to ten years. We can handle the design contracting and oversee the performance of any major refits, freeing the owner to run his business with only minor involvement in the project.

NEW CONSTRUCTION
